Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of the portal visit-zacatlan.travel and its microsites (collectively, the “Portal”), owned by the Municipal Government of Zacatlán (“ZACATLÁN”) and administered, operated, and promoted by XY AD CONTENT, S.A. de C.V. (“XY AD CONTENT”) under the Collaboration Agreement entered into between both parties (together, “ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT”).
Use of the Portal grants the status of User and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and any modifications. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Portal.

Use and Restrictions
Some services or content may require prior registration, payment of fees, or may be limited to certain geographic areas.
The Portal may not be continuously available; ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for specific purposes.
Use of the Portal does not grant the User any intellectual property rights.
ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT may modify the Portal, its services, or content at any time without prior notice.
The User is responsible for complying with applicable laws based on their location of access.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Portal, its content, distinctive signs, and domain names belong to ZACATLÁN, with usage rights granted to XY AD CONTENT under the Agreement.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of content without express authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks and logos displayed are protected and registered.

Proper Use of Content
The User agrees to:

Not use the Portal for unlawful purposes or those contrary to public order.

Not copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without authorization.

Not modify or remove technological protection measures.

Not manipulate trademarks, logos, or other distinctive elements.

Permitted Uses
The Portal is for personal use. Any commercialization or use that infringes third-party rights, good customs, or applicable regulations is prohibited.

Liability for Damages
The User shall indemnify ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT and third parties for any damages resulting from non-compliance with these Terms.
Insertion of hyperlinks or third-party content without written authorization is prohibited.

Information Security
ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT apply security measures to protect the User’s personal information, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Privacy Notice.
Security on third-party linked sites is the sole responsibility of those third parties.

Cookies
The Portal may use cookies to improve the User’s experience. Users can configure their browser to reject them.

Liability and Limitations
Use of the Portal is at the sole responsibility of the User.
ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT do not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements and are not liable for damages caused by them.
No guarantee is given that the content will always be lawful, reliable, accurate, or suitable for a specific purpose.

Confidentiality and Use of Non-Confidential Information
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the current Privacy Notice.
Non-confidential information may be used, reproduced, and disseminated as permitted by law.

Modifications
ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the Portal.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puebla, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Reserved Rights
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved to ZACATLÁN/XY AD CONTENT.
